The art of music (arts and culture) is one of the most important lessons in the school environment to foster intelligence. The aim of the research was to describe the learning interest of fourth grade elementary school students in learning arts and music (arts and culture) in 2 Bojong Kidul and to find answers to the problem formulation regarding the learning interest of fourth grade elementary school students in Bojong 2 Kidul. This type of research is research that uses descriptive with a qualitative approach, the object of research is 18 fourth grade students, the research instrument is additional instruments such as observation notes, interview notes, questionnaires, literature studies and documentation. While data processing with data research data is to use a scoring form to determine the scoring of all statements for each item with the interest weight of each answer to draw conclusions. From the results of the research that the researchers observed covering the factors that influence student interest in learning, the results obtained were that the high interest of fourth grade elementary school students in learning the arts of music (arts and culture) in 2 Bojong Kidul was caused by good learning strategies and a variety of media in providing material and the method used by the teacher in the learning process so as to increase student interest, because there is student interest in learning outcomes will increase and be better. Seni musik (seni budaya) merupakan salah satu pembelajaran yang sangat penting dilingkungan sekolah untuk menumbuhkan kecerdasan. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mendeskripsikan minat belajar siswa sekolah dasar kelas IV dalam pembelajaran seni musik (seni budaya) di 2 bojong kidul dan menemukan jawaban rumusan masalah tentang minat belajar siswa sekolah dasar kelas iv di bojong 2 kidul . Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian yangmenggunakan deskkriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif, objek penelitian adalah 18 siswa kelas IV, dengan instrumen penelitian adalah dengan instrumen tambahan seperti catatan observasi, catatan wawancara, kuesioner, studi litratur dan dokumentasi. Sedangkan pengolahan data dengan data penelitian data ialah menggunakan bentuk skoring untuk menentukan skoring semua pernyataan setiap itemnya dengan bobot minat setiap jawaban untuk menarik kesimpulan. Dari hasil penelitian yang peneliti amati melitputi faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi minat belajar siswa, diperoleh hasil bahwa tingginya minat siswasekolah dasar kelas IV dalam pembelajaran seni musik (seni budaya) di 2 bojong kidul yang disebabkan oleh baiknya strategi pembelajaran dan ragam media dalam memberikan materi dan metode yang digunakan oleh guru dalam proses pembelajaran sehingga meningkatkan minat siswa, karena adanya minat siswa hasil belajarpun akan menningkat dan lebih baik.
