Permasalahan yang dibahas pada penelitian ini adalah rendahnya hasil belajar siswa kelas XI OTKP pada mata pelajaran Humas dan Keprotokolan di SMK Pasundan 3 Bandung. Maka dari itu tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk memverifikasi pengaruh dari Komunikasi Interpersonal dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa setelah masa pandemi. Dapat dilihat dari data yang diambil oleh peneliti menyatakan bahwa pada tahun 2019 sebelum pandemi nilai siswa masih stabil dan setelah pandemi pada tahun 2020 masih banyak siswa yang nilainya dibawah KKM. Secara deskriptif, komunikasi interpersonal berada pada kategori efektif dan hasil belajar siswa berada pada kategori cukup tinggi. Pengaruh yang diberikan oleh komunikasi interpersonal yakni positif dan signifikan dan hubungan kedua variabel berada pada kategori cukup kuat. The problem discussed in this study is the low learning outcomes of class XI OTKP students in the subject of Public Relations and Protocol at SMK Pasundan 3 Bandung. Therefore the purpose of this study is to distinguish the effect of Interpersonal Communication in improving student learning outcomes after the pandemic. It can be seen from the data taken by the researchers that in 2019 before the pandemic student grades were still stable and after the pandemic in 2020 there were still many students who excelled under the KKM. Descriptively, interpersonal communication is in the effective category and student learning outcomes are in the fairly high category. The influence given by interpersonal communication is positive and significant and the relationship between the two variables is in a fairly strong category.
