The background problem of this research was the result of studies and direct observation at SDN Pasiripis II, the results of the study and the observation shows that learning IPA still applying conventional method. The learning, generally, is presented verbally or by dictating so it makes students passive and they do not have the skills of IPA that is students' science process skill. From the background above, the purpose of this study are to describe: (1) the planning of learning Learning Cycle model in grade V SDN Pasiripis II, (2) implementation of learning Learning Cycle model in grade V SDN Pasiripis II, (3) improvement of students' science process skills by applying the Learning Cycle model in grade V SDN Pasiripis II. This research was carried out by using research action class method Kemmis and Mc's model. Taggart with three cycles or cycles of activity. The subject of this study was grade V SDN Pasiripis II consist of 16 students. The research results by applying the Learning Cycle model showed that by applying the Learning Cycle model science process skills is increased, it can be seen from the analysis of each cycle, in cycle I process skills was still in very less skilled categories, then in cycle II is in the category of less skilled and cycle III in the category of quite skilled and skilled. Science process skill measured in this study are planning experiments, interpreting results of observation and taking conclusions, and communication. Based on the results, it is recommended to teachers to apply the Learning Cycle model in order to imporve science process skills by applying varied methods. Keywords: Process skill, Learning Cycle 7E Latar belakang masalah dari penelitian ini adalah hasil kajian dan pengamatan langsung di SDN Pasiripis II, hasil kajian dan pengamatan tersebut menunjukkan bahwa pembelajaran IPA masih menerapkan metode konvensional, yaitu pembelajaran pada umumnya disajikan secara verbal atau dengan cara mendikte sehingga membuat siswa pasif dan siswa tidak memiliki keterampilan IPA yaitu keterampilan proses sains siswa.Melihat latar belakang tersebut, maka penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan: (1) perencanaan pembelajaran model Learning Cycle 7E di kelas V SDN Pasiripis II, (2) pelaksanaan pembelajaran model Learning Cycle 7E di kelas V SDN Pasiripis II, (3) peningkatan keterampilan proses sains siswa dengan menerapkan model Learning Cycle 7E di kelas V SDN Pasiripis II. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dengan menggunakan metode penelitian tindakan kelas model Kemmis dan Mc. Taggart dengan tiga siklus atau putaran kegiatan. Subjek penelitian ini adalah kelas V SDN Pasiripis II yang berjumlah 16 siswa. Hasil penelitian dengan menerapkan model Learning Cycle 7E menunjukkan bahwa dengan menerapkan model Learning Cycle 7E keterampilan proses sains dapat meningkat, hal ini dapat dilihat dari analisis setiap siklusnya, yaitu pada siklus I keterampilan proses masih dalam kategori sangat kurang terampil, kemudian pada siklus II ada pada kategori kurang terampil dan siklus III ada pada kategori cukup terampil dan terampil. Keterampilan proses sains yang diukur dalam penelitian ini adalah merencanakan percobaan, menafsirkan hasil pengamatan dan menarik kesimpulan serta berkomunikasi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian tersebut direkomendasikan kepada para guru untuk menerapkan model Learning Cycle 7E agar keterampilan proses sains dapat meningkat dengan menerapkan metode yang bervariasi.
