Summary:Suatu perusahaan memerlukan strategi bisnis untuk dapat bersaing di dalam industri mengingat semakin meningkatnya kompleksitas, persaingan, perubahan dan ketidakpastian. Tujuan penelitian yang hendak dicapai dalam penelitian ini, yaitu: 1) Untuk mengetahui gambaran umum strategi bisnis yang diterapkan sekarang pada Givo.id, 2) Untuk mengetahui identifikasi strategi bisnis dengan pendekatan Social Business Model Canvas (SBMC), dan 3) Untuk mengetahui formulasi strategi bisnis dengan pendekatan Social Business Model Canvas (SBMC). Penelitian ini dilakukan pada Givo.id karena mengalami penurunan pendapatan pada tahun 2022 yang disebabkan oleh kelemahan dalam kinerja usahanya dan strategi bisnis yang diterapkan sekarang perlu ditingkatkan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara, dan studi literatur. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa terdapat 12 elemen yang perlu dilakukan peningkatan strategi bisnis. Berikut 12 elemen tersebut, antara lain yaitu Key Stakeholder, Social Value Proposition, Channels, Relationship, Key Delivery Patners, Key Activities, Key Resources, Competitors & Coopetition, PESTEL, Revenue, Cost, dan Surplus. Sedangkan tiga elemen lainya perlu dipertahankan strategi bisnisnya, antara lain yaitu Impact Gap Analysis, Social Mission, dan Social Impact Measurement Strategy. Kata kunci: Strategi bisnis, Social Business Model Canvas (SBMC), dan Social enterprise ABSTRACT A company needs a business strategy to be able to compete in the industry given the increasing complexity, competition, change and uncertainty. The research objectives to be achieved in this study are: 1) To find out the general picture of business strategies that are applied now in Givo.id, 2) To find out the identification of business strategies with the Social Business Model Canvas (SBMC) approach, and 3) To find out the formulation of business strategies with the Social Business Model Canvas (SBMC) approach. This research was conducted in Givo.id as it experienced a decline in revenue in 2022 caused by weaknesses in its business performance and the business strategy implemented now needs to be improved. This research uses descriptive qualitative methods with data collection techniques using observation, interviews, and literature studies. The results showed that there are 12 elements that need to be improved business strategy. Here are the 12 elements, including Key Stakeholders, Social Value Proposition, Channels, Relationship, Key Delivery Partners, Key Activities, Key Resources, Competitors & Coopetition, PESTEL, Revenue, Cost, and Surplus. While three other elements need to be maintained business strategy, including Impact Gap Analysis, Social Mission, and Social Impact Measurement Strategy.
