Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk analisis data, deskripsi, pengujian hasil penelitian dan pembahasan, tentang Analisis Aktivitas Fisik Dan Kesehatan Mental Siswa SMA Negeri Se-Kabupaten Majalengka. METode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah METode deskriptif analisis dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik cluster sampling, yaitu sampel dibagi menjadi 4 bagian wilayah (utara, timur, barat, selatan), untuk pengambilan sampel berjumlah sebanyak 372 orang siswa dari beberapa wilayah SMA Negeri Kabupaten Majalengka. Instrumen pengambilan data mengunakan Global Physical Activity Questionnaire (GPAQ), General Health Questionnaire (GHQ-12). Uji hipotesis dengan pengolahan data menggunakan program statistical Product for social science (SPSS) 2.4. Hasil dari Penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa aktivitas fisik siswa pada SMA Negeri se-Kabupaten Majalengka berada pada kategori "sedang" yang berjumlah 196 orang dengan persentase sebesar 52,7% serta pada kesehatan mental berada pada kategori "sedang" yang berjumlah 156 orang dengan persentase mencapai 41,9%. Hal ini menjukan bahwa aktivitas fisik dapat menjadi salah satu faktor penyumbang kesehatan mental. The METhod used in this research is descriptive analysis METhod with a quantitative approach. The sample in this study used a cluster sampling technique, in which the sample was divided into 4 regions (north, east, west, south), for a sample of 372 students from several areas of SMA Negeri Majalengka Regency. Data collection instruments used the Global Physical Activity Questionnaire (GPAQ), General Health Questionnaire (GHQ-12). Test the hypothesis by processing data using the Statistical Product for Social Science (SPSS) 2.4 program. The results of this study indicate that the physical activity of students in National high schools throughout Majalengka Regency is in the "moderate" category, totaling 196 people with a percentage of 52.7% and the mental health is in the "moderate" category, totaling 156 people with a percentage reaching 41.9%. This shows that physical activity can be a contributing factor to mental health. Keywords: physical activity, mental health, students
