Summary

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh intellectual capital (IC) terhadap nilai perusahaan dan pengaruh mediasi intellectual capital disclosure (ICD) atas IC terhadap nilai dari perusahaan. Desain penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain penelitian asosiatif kausal. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh perusahaan finansial yang terdaftar dalam Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) yang berjumlah 106 perusahaan. Teknik sampling yang diterapkan pada penelitian ini adalah dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling dengan jumlah data pengamatan sebesar 168 dalam kurun waktu tiga tahun. Data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder yang diperoleh dari Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) serta dari website masing-masing perusahaan. Pengujian hipotesis ini menggunakan analisis Partial Least Square dengan menggunakan aplikasi software SmartPLS 3.0. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa (1) intellectual capital (IC) memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan; (2) intellectual capital (IC) memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap intellectual capital disclosure (ICD); (3) intellectual capital disclosure (ICD) memiliki pengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan; (4) intellectual capital disclosure (ICD) berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan dalam memediasi pengaruh intellectual capital (IC) terhadap nilai perusahaan. This study aims to determine the effect of intellectual capital (IC) on firm value and the mediating effect of intellectual capital disclosure (ICD) on IC on firm value. The design of this research is quantitative research with a causal associative research design. The population in this research are all financial companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX), totaling 106 companies. The sampling technique applied in this study was purposive sampling with a total of 168 observational data over a period of three years. The data used is secondary data obtained from the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) and from the website of each company. The testing of the hypotheses are using Partial Least Square analysis with SmartPLS 3.0 software application. The results of this study indicate that (1) intellectual capital (IC) has a significant positive influence on firm value; (2) intellectual capital (IC) has a significant positive influence on intellectual capital disclosure (ICD); (3) intellectual capital disclosure (ICD) has a significant negative effect on firm value; (4) intellectual capital disclosure (ICD) has a significant negative effect in mediating the effect of intellectual capital (IC) on firm value.
