The formulation of the research was whether the traditional games can improve students' motor-skill in Cangkuang IV elementary school. Sample 37 students in Fourth grade in Cangkuang IV elementary school Kabupaten Garut. The methodology which was used in this research was class action research. First step was conducting the pre-test and arranging the action plans. The actions were divided into 2 cycles, every cycles consists of three actions. There were given action, motor action to improve the loco-motor skill, non-loco-motor and manipulative. The result of students' loco-motor skill were 8,10% in getting the action stiffly, 78,37% fluency, and 13,51% in getting the action very well. The result of students' non-loco-motor skill were 8,10% in getting the action stiffly, 75,67% fluency, and 21,62% in getting action very well. The conclusions of the research were: 1) the application of movement education model in physical exercise in elementary school was still not conducted well. 2) Mastering the movement concept after conducting would be a good treatment
