A good parameter result of learn in KTSP decided by Minimum Completeness Criteria (MCC) that must be reached. Based on the first research, there is phenomena about student's assessment in XIth grade of SMAN 4 Cimahi which is still below the MCC. One of factor which influence the learning result is learning model that use in instructional process. Actually, learning model held in school was inclined to teacher's centre or also known as conventional learning model. For that reason, researcher tries to apply cooperative learning model usage Team Asissted Individualization (TAI) technique in teaching learning process as an effort to give solution from the problem. So that this research was done to know the differences of student's learning result between applying conventional learning model and cooperative learning model usage TAI technique on accountancy subject. The method used by in this research is quasi experiment method with non equivalent design (pretest posttest) control group, which is XIth grade Social class 5 as the experiment class and XIth grade Social class 4 as the control class. Comparison of student's learning result between the both of class was analyzed by using t test. The result shows that there is a significant differences between student's learning result which applying conventional learning model and the student's result which applying cooperative learning model usage TAI technique because the measurement of t-test shows tstat 2,25 and ttable 1,993. A good result its also shown by the increase of experiment class result which is higher than control class in every cycle learning had been done.
