Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan website SPOT dalam penilaian kualitas e-learning berdasarkan ISO 9126 dari aspek functionality, aspek reliability, aspek usability, aspek efficiency, aspek maintainability, dan aspek portability. Metode yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif deskriptif Instrumen yang digunakan berupa checklist untuk pengujian aspek functionality, aspek maintainability dan usability serta instrumen sistem diujicobakan ke 2 para ahli dan mahasiswa atau mahasiswi. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian dan analisis, dapat disimpulkan bahwa dengan menggunakan kuantitif deksriptif dapat mempermudah proses pengolahan data berbasis website. Diperoleh presentase rata-rata kelayakan functionality sebesar 100% dengen interpretasi "sangat tinggi", kelayakan reliability sebesar 100% dengen interpretasi "sangat tinggi", kelayakan usability sebesar 11,1% dengen interpretasi "kurang baik", kelayakan efficiency mobile 93 (baik) dan desktop 98 (sangat baik), kelayakan maintainability diuji dan memenuhi metrik maintainability, yaitu instrumentation, consistency dan simplicity, kelayakan portability hasilnya e-learning bisa diakses menggunakan semua browser tersebut tanpa ada error dengan demikian dapat dinyatakan bahwa Sistem Pembelajaran Online Terpadu (SPOT) telah memenuhi Standard ISO 9126. Terdapat beberapa aspek yang memiliki nilai dengan interpretasi "sangat baik" seperti aspek efficiency, portability dan ada aspek yang memiliki nilai dengan interpretasi "Kurang baik" seperti aspek usability. ----- SPOT is a learning activity platform for teaching and learning using website facilities with 2 implementations of LMS (learning management system) at high level teaching learning processes both offline and online need to be implemented, namely spot.uipi.eidui and spada.uipi.eidui which are moodlei-based. This study aims to develop the SPOT website in evaluating the quality of e-learning based on ISO 9126 from the functionality aspect, the reliability aspect, the usability aspect, the efficiency aspect, the maintainability aspect, and the portability aspect. The method used is quantitative descriptive. The instrument used is in the form of a checklist for testing aspects of functionality, aspects of maintainability and usability as well as system instruments being tested on 2 experts and students. Based on the results of testing and analysis, it can be concluded that using descriptive quantitative can facilitate the processing of website-based data. Obtained an average percentage of functionality feasibility of 100% with the interpretation of "very high", feasibility of reliability of 100% with the interpretation of "very high", usability feasibility of 11.1% with the interpretation of "less good", mobile efficiency feasibility 93 (good) and desktop 98 (very good), the feasibility of maintainability was tested and met the maintainability metrics, namely instrumentation, consistency and simplicity, eligibility for portability, the results of e-learning can be accessed using all of these browsers without any errors, thus it can be stated that the integrated online learning system (SPOT) has complied with ISO 9126 Standard. There are several aspects that have a value with an interpretation of "very good" such as the aspect of efficiency, portability and there are aspects that have a value with an interpretation of "less good" such as the usability aspect.
