Summary:ABSTRACT The research paper entitled "Teaching English for Students with Cerebral Palsy (Descriptive study in SLB-D YPAC Bandung)". This research was conducted in SLB-D YPAC Bandung to find out the teaching technique implemented by the English teacher in the classroom activities, the media used by the teacher, and the problem encountered by the teacher. The conclusion based on the findings and discussion indicates that the teacher used discussion and drilling as the technique in teaching English. Meanwhile, the teacher faced some problems dealing with the limitations of the students, the lack of the media, and the limited time.
