Website merupakan penyedia informasi yang sangat lengkap dan luas. Saat ini, website menjadi salah satu media yang paling banyak digunakan. Penggunaan website pada bidang pendidikan sudah mulai diterapkan pada Program studi Bisnis Digital Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Webqual 4.0 (usability, information quality, dan service interaction quality) untuk mengukur kualitas website. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan analisis deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif, pengambilan sampel yang dipakai adalah non-probability sampling dengan teknik purposive sampling. Jumlah sampel terdiri dari 100 responden. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan (1) Usability berpengaruh positif namun tidak signifikan terhadap kepuasan pengguna dengan nilai t-hitung 0,832 < t-tabel 1,985; (2) Information quality berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan pengguna dengan nilai t-hitung 2,933 > t-tabel 1,985; (3) Service interaction quality berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan pengguna dengan nilai t-hitung 2,320 > t-tabel 1,985; (4) Kualitas website secara simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan pengguna dengan nilai F-hitung 28,255 > 2,699 F-tabel. Website is a very complete and extensive information provider. Currently, the website is one of the most widely used media. The use of the website in the field of education has begun to be implemented in the Digital Business Study Program at the Indonesian University of Education. This study uses the Webqual 4.0 method (usability, information quality, and service interaction quality) to measure website quality. This type of research used descriptive analysis with a quantitative approach, sampling used was non-probability sampling with purposive sampling technique. The number of samples consisted of 100 respondents. The results showed (1) Usability has a positive but not significant effect on user satisfaction with a t-count of 0.832 <t-table of 1.985; (2) Information quality has a positive and significant effect on user satisfaction with a t-count of 2.933 > t-table of 1.985; (3) Service interaction quality has a positive and significant effect on user satisfaction with a t-count of 2.320 > t-table of 1.985; (4) Website quality simultaneously has a positive and significant effect on user satisfaction with an F-count of 28.255 > 2.699 F-table.
