Summary:Pengembangan Bahan Ajar Sistem Pencernaan Makanan Bermuatan Nilai Religi Asmaul Husna dalam Meningkatkan Penguasaan Konsep dan Sikap Siswa Resta Istawa ABSTRAK Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk melihat kelayakan hasil pengembangan handout sistem pencernaan makanan bermuatan nilai religi Asmaul husna dan pengaruhnya terhadap penguasaan konsep dan sikap peserta didik. Metode yang digunakan yaitu metode pengembangan, dengan prosedur desain pengembangan handout bermuatan nilai religi asmaul husna ADDIE. ADDIE terdiri dari tahapan Analysis (analisis), Design (desain), Development (pengembangan), Implementation (implementasi), dan Evaluation (evaluasi). Tahapan implementasi dilaksanakan uji coba handout melalui quasy eksperiment tipe nonequivalent control-group design. Subjek penelitian sebanyak 62 orang siswa kelas XI SMAN. Instrumen penelitian terdiri dari lembar validasi ahli materi, ahli media, guru biologi dan ahli agama, soal tes penguasaan konsep, skala sikap dan angket tanggapan guru dan siswa. Hasil pengembangan handout ini diuji kelayakan oleh para ahli dan dinilai sangat layak, diantaranya ahli materi (95.51 %), ahli media (88.98 %), guru biologi (94,84%), ahli agama (98,81%), dan hasil tes uji keterbacaan handout memiliki tingkat keterbacaan yang tinggi. Hasil uji coba instrumen penguasaan konsep dan skala sikap siswa layak digunakan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sebelum menggunakan handout penguasaan konsep siswa termasuk kategori N-gain sedang, setelah menggunakan handout termasuk ke dalam kategori N-gain tinggi. Selain itu, terdapat perbedaan sikap religi asmaul husna pada siswa sebelum dan sesudah menggunakan handout. Pada kelas eksperimen menunjukkan adanya hubungan yang signifikan antara penguasaan konsep dan sikap siswa dengan nilai sig 0,00 < 0,05. Handout sistem pencernaan makanan bermuatan nilai religi Asmaul husna mendapatkan respon yang sangat positif baik menurut guru maupun siswa. The results of testing the instrument of mastery of the concept and the student's attitude scale are feasible to use. The research results show that before using handout students' mastery of concepts is included in the medium N-gain category, after using handout included in the high N-gain category. In addition, there are differences in the religious attitudes of Asmaul Husna in students before and after using handout. In the experimental class, there was a significant relationship between concept mastery and students' attitudes with a sig value of 0.00 < 0.05. Handout the digestive system of food loaded with religious values Asmaul husna received a very positive response from both teachers and students.
