| 520 | |a Container stevedoring is a type of work with a high risk level of work accidents. The biggest cause of work accidents in container stevedoring jobs is unsafe behavior at work. Many factors influence the formation of occupational safety behavior, both factors that come from workers' personal factors and work environment factors. This study aims to determine the effect of safety leadership, safety climate, and safety culture on worker safety behavior at the Joint Operation (JO) Bumikalog Sungai Lagoa Station Jakarta. This study used a quantitative approach with a cross sectional study design. The type of statistical test used is the chi-square test. Data collection was carried out using a questionnaire. Respondents in this study amounted to 42 people who were selected by purposive sampling method. The results showed that the proportion of respondents who had safe behavior at work was 61,9%. In the bivariate analysis, there is an effect of safety leadership on worker safety behavior with a p-value of 0,002. Meanwhile, the safety climate and safety culture had no effect on worker safety behavior (p-value = 0,090; p-value = 0,190). Therefore, it is hoped that management can improve safety leadership in order to shape worker safety behavior through regular discussions, regular work safety training, and giving rewards to workers who have good safety behavior.
