The parties involved are pimps, commercial sex workers (CSWs) and service users. Positive law in Indonesia is still not able to ensnare all parties involved in this prostitution. The formulation of the problem in this study is how the positive law in Indonesia prosecutes cyber prostitution users and how the ITE Law regulates cyber prostitution transactions. The method I use in this study is normative juridical through statutory, case, and comparison approaches. The sources that the authors use in the research are secondary data or literature study. The results of this study indicate that the judge can consider prosecuting Cyber Prostitution Service Users.
