This study uses the Automation Blending Hull method with VBA to facilitate model creation and analysis, in which two basic models that have a displacement value approaching and the same number of control points are combined to get a new chine on the hull with a variation ratio of 0; 0.25; 0.50; 0.75; 1. From the results of the obstacle analysis, the Savitsky Pre-Planing method has a difference in the value of the resistance of ± 9% and the Savitsky Planing method has a difference in the value of the resistance of ± 5%. While the stability analysis of all chine variations obtained met the IMO requirements, but the value did not have a significant difference. | ||
