Summary

Application of the Maternal and Child Health Medical Record Information System at the Gita Marissa Midwife Clinic Using the CodeIgniter Framework is a development of the existing medical record recording system at the Gita Marissa Midwife Clinic. The system for recording maternal and child health medical records at the polyclinic is still done manually, causing data redundancy, delays in finding information, the risk of data damage and the absence of a drug recording system which causes the amount of drug inventory to be unknown. Based on this, the researchers developed a medical record system by creating an application so that it could make it easier for midwives to manage the maternal and child health medical record system to be more effective and efficient, and to manage drug data properly. This research uses prototype method and Unified Modeling Language (UML) modeling. As for making the application, the researcher uses the codeigniter framework and MySQL to store the database. The application of the Maternal and Child Health Medical Record Information System is expected to improve the quality and services of the Gita Marissa Clinic.
