| Summary: | Along with the development of technology, there are now many online trading application services used by the public. One application service that is often used by the public is Shopee. The more users who use the application, the level of satisfaction of each user is increasingly diverse. In analyzing the level of satisfaction of shopee application service users, this study uses data taken from questionnaires that have been distributed in the form of google form. The questionnaire was distributed through several social media such as Twitter, Instagram, WhatsApp and Shopee with a total of 184 data which eventually became 171 data after cleaning the data. Of the various existing classification algorithms, this study uses the Decision Tree C4.5 algorithm as the classification method. With the distribution of data by 80% for training data and 20% for test data. The training data is used to build the Decision Tree C4.5 model which will calculate the entropy and gain values to determine the roots and branches. After that the model will be tested with test data which will later produce a Confusion Matrix, from the Confusion Matrix the Accuracy, Recall and Precision values will be calculated. The results obtained in this study contained an Accuracy value of 97%, a Recall value of 96.9%, a Precision value of 100% for Class "Yes" and 66.6% for Class "No". |
