| 520 | |a Archive is one of the supporting activities for government agencies because archive will be stored for a certain period of time. Archives must be managed properly in order to make the search process easier when the archives are needed. Unit of Archive II of the Directorate General of General Legal Administration of the Ministry of Law and Human Rights uses Microsoft Excel for managing inactive archives data, so there is a possibility of data redundancy and inconsistency because the system is not integrated. Therefore, they need an integrated system that can overcome problems in archives management. The e-archives system was designed using Waterfall design model system, PIECES method was used for problem identification, UML (Unified Modeling Language) was used for system modeling, programming language used for developing the program was PHP, and MySQL was used for the database. The result is a web-based e-archive application that can help managing the active and inactive archive, recapitulation, reports, borrowing inactive archives, and making official report. This application can only be accessed by the internal division of the Directorate General of AHU, Ministry of Law and Human Rights. | ||
