Zinc is an important mineral for the body because it has an anti-inflammatory and antioxidant effects. This study aims to find out the histopathology of seminiferous tubules after zinc administration in mice (Mus musculus) that induced by cyclophosphamide. This study used 30 mice that were grouped into 6 groups: a group was not given zinc and cyclophosphamide (K1), only given zinc (K2), a group that was only given cyclophosphamide (K3), and 3 groups were given cyclophosphamide and zinc at doses of 25 mg (K4), 50 mg (K5), and 100 mg (K6). One Way Anova test of seminiferous tubule diameter showed significant results (p<0.05) while in One Way Anova test of tubule epithelium thickness showed insignificant results (p>0.05). Pearson Correlation Test between tubule epithelium thickness and seminiferous tubule showed strong and directly proportional correlation results. This study showed that zinc administration is considered to have an antioxidant effect which is very useful in counteracting free radicals caused by cyclophosphamide induction.
