Overweight and obesity are risk factors for several Non-Communicable Diseases (NCD) such as diabetes mellitus and hypertension. High intake of calories, fat and cholesterol, low physical activity and excees body fat percentage increase risk factor of obesity. Purpose: The aim of this study was to analyzed the relationship between dietary fat consumption, physical activity and body fat percentage with Kemdikbud employee's nutritional status. Methods: This study was an analytic observational study with a cross-sectional approach. The population of this research was 177 employees with a sample size of 62 employees. This study used non-probability sampling technique with purposive sampling method. Semi Quantitative Food Frequency Questionnaire (SQFFQ) and Physical Activity Level (PAL) form were filled through depth-interview to determine dietary fat and physical activity level. Weight scales and microtoise used to measured height and weight to determined Body Mass Index (BMI). Body fat percentage measured used Bioelectrical Impedance Analysis (BIA). Associations between dietary fat consumption, physical activity and body fat percentage with Nutritional status were analyzed through Spearman rank test. Results: Dietary fat consumption (p = 0.000, correlation [r] = 0.699), physical activity (p = 0.001, correlation [r] = -0.410) and body fat percentages (p = 0.000, correlation [r] = 0.527) were related to nutritional status of Kemdikbud employee. Conclusion: There was a significant correlation between dietary fat consumption, physical activity and body fat percentage of Kemdikbud employee's nutritional status.
