| Summary: | Administration errors can occur due to several factors, including 60% of nurses stated that administration errors were due to communication factors, 100% stated that it was due to workload factors, 60% due to interference, education, and the environment. In addition, many errors occur in the six principles of drug administration. This study aims to identify what factors contribute to administration errors in the inpatient room at RSUD Depok. The research Desain is a qualitative mix quantitative with analytical descriptive research method through a cross sectional approach. The number of samples is 41 respondents using total sampling technique. The results showed that there was a contribution between education and administration errors with p value = 0.003 and OR 0.090. Meanwhile, there is no contribution between respondent characteristics, communication factors, workload, environment, and interruptions to administration errors. The conclusion of this study is that there is a contribution between educational factors and administration errors. Researchers suggest that further researchers can change or add independent variabels, research samples, and see directly when respondents fill out the questionnaire so that the answers given by respondents are in accordance with existing conditions and are not in doubt. |
