Summary

This study aims to explain the effect of Ease of Use, Usefulness, Risks, and Technological Innovation on interest in using Linkaja Syariah services in Jabodetabek. This study uses a quantitative approach with multiple linear regression methods, as well as data processing using the SPSS 26 program. The population of this study is the Jabodetabek community who have used the Linkaja Syariah service or at least know the service. Sampling in this study used a purposive sampling technique, where the sample amounted to 100 respondents. The results obtained from this study explain that the variabels of Ease of Use, Usefulness, and Risk have a positive and significant effect on interest in using Linkaja Syariah services. However, technological innovation does not significantly affect the interest in using Linkaja Syariah services. The results of this study also show that the variabels of usefelness and ease of use has the greatest influence on the interest in using Linkaja Syariah. Therefore, the Linkaja Party should be more aggressive in conducting socialization and promotions related to the easiness and usefulness of the payment system and features in the Linkaja Syariah service.
