520 |a Early childhood (0-6 years) is a golden age marked by very fast development in various aspects. At this time, the child begins to show what the food they like and dislike and also they often have a decreased appetite, if it is ignored for a long time it can interfere with the child's growth and development. In early childhood, the most common eating pattern problem is picky eating. If picky eating has a long impact, it can have a negative impact for health, growth and development, as well as the activities carried out. The purpose of this study is to determine the relationship between nutritional knowledge, parenting, and maternal eating behavior with picky eating in early childhood at KB Al-Furqon and KB Nurhasanah. This research method uses a quantitative approach with a cross-sectional design.The sample of this study is around 58 respondents using purposive sampling. Data analysis uses the chi-square statistical test. The results of the bivariate data analysis shows that there is a relationship between nutritional knowledge (p-value = 0,015), parenting styles (p-value = 0,003), and maternal eating behavior (p-value = 0,026) with picky eating in early childhood.
