| Summary: | Reproductive health maintenance behavior plays an important role because it can determine how adolescents behave in their own health. Every teenager must have knowledge and provide correct information about aspects of reproductive health. This study aims to determine the relationship between family resilience and reproductive health maintenance behavior in adolescents at SMA Negeri 42 Jakarta. The method used is descriptive analytic with a cross sectional approach. The sampling technique was purposive sampling with a sample size of 131 teenagers in grade 11 science and social studies at SMA Negeri 42 Jakarta. Analysis of the data used is univariate analysis and bivariate analysis with Chi Square test. The results showed that there was no relationship between family resilience and reproductive health maintenance behavior (p-value = 0.545). The behavior of maintaining adolescent reproductive health is not only obtained in the family, other factors that influence adolescent behavior can be caused by personal factors or previous behavior of adolescents themselves. Teenagers can also discuss or tell about the problems they are experiencing to friends or trusted people. |
