520 |a This study aims to understand how the 5C implementation of the process of providing murabahah housing finance at Bank Mega Syariah KCP Depok in the COVID-19 situation. This is a qualitative research with a case study approach. The data sources used are primary data sources including managers and financing analysts related to financing at the bank also using secondary data sources. In obtaining the data, the researcher used interview, observation and documentation techniques. Furthermore, the techniques used to process the data include data reduction, data presentation and conclusions. The results obtained from this study provide an overview and information regarding the application of 5C in Islamic banks, especially in the COVID-19 situation that the provision of home ownership financing with a murabahah contract is in accordance with existing procedures. The 5C principle is used in the financing analysis stage to determine the eligibility of customers to fulfill their obligations as well as to prevent non-performing financing. The five points are used at this stage but there are three points that become the main reference, namely character, capacity collateral, while the other two conditions and capital get the same portion less because it is only used as supporting points only.
