| Summary: | Quality of work is important to note. The Quality of work would be easily seen in employees who have a high. Sense of responsibilty this research is a qualitative study that is aimed at describing the quality of labor for employees in the sub section of security and transport of ministery of agriculture. Data collection in this studyis done using methods of interviews, observation and documentation. The interview was conducted semistructured to 5 participants, 1 sub-sub section coordinator and 4 of which are the security and transportation sub employees. To prove the validity of data in research, researchers employed the method of data triangulation. Futher data are analyzed by performance of data reduction, data presentation and removal of deductions in the work of sub section of security & transport employee that act as civil servants and daily independent labor, on the basis of affective performance and continuance performance. The results of this study are both performance forms, the affective performance indicator and continuance performance dominate his high quality employee work on the security and transport of the ministry of agriculture. The existance of responsibility and coorperation is a strong urge for employees to stay alive in this subsection. |
