| Summary: | This research is a quantitative study that aims to determine the effect of workload, work environment and work discipline on the performance of the employees of the Research Center for the Development of New Renewable Energy and Energy Conservation Electricity Technology (P3TKEBTKE) Gunung Sindur, Kabupaten Bogor. The population used in this study were employees of P3TKEBTKE Gunung Sindur, Kabupaten Bogor. The number of samples taken as many as 70 respondents. Hypothesis testing in this study using Multiple Linear Regression Analysis with SPSS program and a significance level of 5% (0.05). The results of the test obtained (1) there is a significant effect of workload on employee performance, (2) there is a significant effect of the work environment on employee performance, (3) there is a significant effect of work discipline on employee performance. The Gunung Sindur P3TKEBTKE office is expected to give more attention to employees, especially on matters related to the results of this study, such as workload, physical and non-physical work environment and work discipline. |
