520 |a This research is a quantitative study that aims to determine the effect of workload and job satisfaction on turnover intention. The sample used in this study were permanent employees in General Hospital of the ABC Jagakarsa South Jakarta as many as 130 employees who had been calculated using the slovin formula. The analysis technique used is inferential analysis method and processing data using IBM SPSS 24 with a significant level of 5% or 0.05. The results of the tests carried out showed that the workload partially had a positive and significant effect on turnover intention because it had a tcount> of ttable value (9,056>1,978) and a significance value of 0.000 <0.05. working partially has a negative and significant effect on turnover intention because it has a tcount > ttable (-7.166>1.978) and a significance value of 0.000 <0.05. Workload and job satisfaction simultaneously have a significant and significant effect on turnover intention because they have a value of Fcount>Ftable (49.340>3.07) and a significance value of 0.000<0.05. Employee turnover intention is 43.7% by workload and job satisfaction.
