Summary:Currently, electronic devices such as notebooks are increasingly being used to support human activites. Notebook manufacturers compete with each other in increasing customer sattsfaction. This study is a quantitative study the aims to prove and analyze whether there is an effect of price, product quality, and brand image on customer satisfaction of Lenovo. The population in this study are people who have bought or used Lenovo notebooks in the DKI Jakarta area. The sample used in this study amounted to 100 respondents using the Non-Probabilty Sampling method with Purposive Sampling as a sampling technique. Partia Least Square (PLS) method was used as a data analysis method. The result of the study indicate that the price variable has no effect and is not significant on customer satisfaction. Meanwhile, product quality and brand image variabels have a significant and significant effect on customer satisfaction.
