| Summary: | The International Conference on Indonesia Family Planning and Reproductive Health stated that the maternal mortality rate in Indonesia until 2019 was high, at 305 per 100,000 live births. One of the causes of the case, many teenagers experience unwanted pregnancies before marriage. Cases caused by lack of knowledge of reproductive health. Therefore, health promotion is needed to increase knowledge, so that adolescents have an attitude of supporting the prevention of unwanted pregnancies. This study aims to determine the effect and differences of unwanted pregnancy health promotion on the knowledge and attitudes of high school students BPS&K 1 Jakarta. The method used is pre-experimental with one group pre-test and post-test. Health promotion online with zoom meeting and google form. Media in the form of videos. The sample consisted of 102 students. The results of the Wilcoxon test on students' knowledge and attitudes regarding unwanted pregnancy obtained a p-value of 0.000. It was concluded that, there was a difference between students' knowledge and attitudes after being given health promotion. It is expected that the school will provide socialization on the prevention of unwanted pregnancy to students so that it does not happen in the future. |
