Summary:This research is a quantitative approach research which has the aim of knowing the effect of work discipline and work environment on the performance of employees of PT PLN (Persero) UP3 Teluk Naga Tangerang. The population in this study was 78 people with a total number of employees, the sample used was the same as the total population of 78 people using the saturated sample technique. In collecting data, by distributing an online questionnaire in the form of a google form. The analytical tool used in this research is SmartPLS 3.0. The results obtained are (1) work discipline has a significant effect on employee performance, (2) work environment has a significant effect on employee performance, (3) simultaneously work discipline and work environment have a positive and significant effect on employee performance.
