520 | |a The research conducted is a type of quantitative research with the aim of knowing and proving whether there is an influence between work competence and work environment on employee performance. The object of the research was carried out at the Agricultural Extension Center at the Indonesian Ministry of Agriculture. In this study, a sample size of 70 respondents was used, the sampling technique used was saturated sampling technique. The data analysis technique used is the Partial Least Square (PLS) method. The results of this study indicate that all of the variables, which consist of competence and work environment variables, have an effect and are significant on employee performance. The implications of this research are used as input for the Agricultural Extension Center Section at the Ministry of Agriculture in implementing improvements as well as applying the competencies and work environment of employees to improve performance in the Covid-19 pandemic and in the future. | ||
