520 |a ABSTRACT Mobile Banking is a service provided by banks to make it easier for people to transact. BCA is one of the banks that provides the best mobile banking facilities to its customers, which is called m-BCA, which stands for mobile BCA. In this case, BCA provides various features, namely, m-Info, m-Transfer, m-Payment, m-Commerce, Cardless, m-Admin, BCA Keyboard, Flazz, and also Bagibagi. These features have their own benefits in providing customer satisfaction. Besides that, all BCA m-Banking also have their own weaknesses that make customers a little disappointed with their services, such as signals that are sometimes unstable due to frequent system maintenance. The results of this final project show the satisfaction of m-Banking BCA KCP Cibubur customers and also some of the existing complaints. In addition, the writing of this final project is expected to provide additional information or input for Bank BCA in addressing problems in the use of M-banking.
