The sample was the Head of Subdivision Planning and Staff of Subdivision Planning of East Jakarta Government. Sampling was taken by census sampling. The method of data analysis used is Structural Equation Modeling, using Smart Partial Least Square version 3.0. The results shows that technical knowledge significantly influence performance measurement. Meanwhile, decision making authority, organizational objects and goals, and incentive do not have a significant relationship with performance measurement.
