| Summary: | The development of technology causes the growth of smartphone users to increase. Application developers began to develop and create innovative applications to facilitate all human needs. One of them is the m-banking application. The m-banking application facilitates the needs of users in terms of banking transactions, because with m-banking, users do not have to bother visiting banks or ATMs. Jenius is a debit card released by BTPN Bank in the form of an m-banking application. Jenius is now in demand by the public because of its many interesting features. The Jenius app has been downloaded 5 million times on the Google Play Store. With so many Jenius users, there must be a lot of public opinion on the application. These opinions can be channeled through app reviews on the Google Play Store. To make it easier to process the information obtained from these reviews, it is necessary to classify the Jenius application reviews on the Google Play Store. The classification algorithm used in this study is Naive Bayes. The data is taken by means of scraping. The data taken already has a label according to the rating given by the user. Furthermore, the collected review data is divided into training data of 70% and test data of 30%. This study resulted in an accuracy value of 57%. |
