The Special Region of Yogyakarta is one of the big cities in Indonesia with a fairly large incidence of back pain around 5.4-5.8%, and the highest age of onset is 45-65 years, while at the Air Force Center Dr S Hardjolukito the incidence of pain is lower back was very high in 2019 than the previous year (1). Many studies have shown that low back pain can be treated using analgesics, but there has been no research examining the profile of the use of these analgesics. In this study, the profile of low back pain patients who used analgesics in the form of Age, Gender, Occupation, Etiology, Type of analgesic, Onset of low back pain, Management of low back pain. Methods: This type of research design is descriptive retrospective. The samples used were all patients with complaints of Low Back Pain who used Analgesic in RSPAU dr. S. Hardjolukito Yogyakarta in 2019. Results: Data obtained from the medical records of low back pain patients in 2019 were 244 patients. Based on the characteristics studied, it was found that the age group with the highest number of patients was the early elderly (25%) with female gender (52%), housewife occupation (27.5%), the highest cause of low back pain was Radicular Syndrome (60.2%). The most widely used type of analgesic is Non-Selective NSAID (94.7%), the most onset of chronic LBP (70.9%) and the most management of LBP Muscle Relaxant and Neurotropic Analgesic (80.3%). Conclusion: Most of the low back pain patients are between 46-55 years old, female gender, housewife occupation, the most common cause is Radicular Syndrome, the type of analgesic is NSAID Non Selective, the most onset of Chronic LBP and management of LBP Analgesic Muscle Relaxant and Neurotropic.
