Summary

A phenomenon that has just happened in Indonesia, which indicates that bullying is already at the alert level, is a case of bullying by children which causes the victim, namely the child suicide due to bullying. The process of punishing children through the formal justice system by putting children in prison is considered unsuccessful in providing a deterrent effect and acts to enable children to become better individuals for their growth and development processes. The main problem is regulation and barriers to the legal system. The research methods in this literature is normative juridical which applies the statutory rule approach, as well as the case approach. Literature study was also carried out to obtain secondary data. In conclusion, Indonesia has few positive laws regarding child justice as a suspected bully, besides that there are many factors that make the judicial process slow down. In the end, there must be cooperation between the victim's family and the victim's family in preventing bullying and upholding child protection that will occur in the future.
