Summary:In degenerative patients there is a process of decreasing body functions that can interfere with daily activities so that degenerative patients experience a sense of helplessness which will cause stress and anxiety. This study aims to issue a product in the form of a standard questionnaire to measure the level of stress and anxiety experienced by sufferers of degenerative diseases during the COVID-19 pandemic. The summary product/resume "Measuring Tool for Anxiety and Stress in Degenerative Patients during the COVID-19 Pandemic" is a summary containing 6 pages explaining the Corona Anxiety Stress Scale (CASS) questionnaire, adaptation of the instruments used in making the CASS questionnaire, the results of the validity test and reliability which proves that the CASS questionnaire is valid and can be used as a standard questionnaire, easy-to-understand instructions for filling out the questionnaire, questionnaire statements along with questionnaire assessment scores, questionnaire interpretation and instrument grids. This CASS questionnaire aims to make it easier for researchers to know how to measure the level of anxiety and stress in degenerative patients during the COVID-19 pandemic so that they can support nurses in hospitals in providing nursing care to degenerative patients during the COVID-19 pandemic.
