| 520 | |a Wrist pain can occur in anyone with pain that can be mild even to high. At the time of the Covid-19 pandemic large-scale social restrictions were carried out so that teaching and learning activities were conducted online. This results in the appearance of musculoskeletal disorders in teachers, one of which is in the wrist area. The purpose of this study was to find percentages and review data on musculoskeletal disorders in the wrist area in Jabodetabek teachers. The design of this study is descriptive quantitative with cross-sectional study approach through questionnaire. The parameters used are NMQ (Nordic Musculoskeletal Questionare) and NRS (Numeric Rating Scale) to measure pain levels. Based on the results of the study 86 teachers experienced wrist pain with the highest percentage in the age range of 31-40 years (29.1%) with the majority of female sufferers 64 teachers (74.4%). The conclusions in this study are expected to increase teachers' awareness of wrist pain complaints should be considered by paying attention to risk factors that can cause wrist pain. | ||
