520 | |a Background: Injuries often occur in futsal players intentionally or unintentionally. The most common injuries are to the ankle ligaments. FIFA 11+ drills are shown for the prevention of ankle injuries. The purpose of this paper is to analyze the effectiveness of FIFA 11+ warm up for preventing ankle sprain injuries in amateur futsal players. Method: The method used is a literature review, by searching in several databases such as Google Scholar, Science Direct, and PubMed with a range of 2015-2021. The results obtained are 5 appropriate journals, namely 4 random controlled trial journals and 1 cohort study journal. Results: After analyzing 5 articles, it shows that FIFA 11+ has an effect on preventing ankle sprains. Conclusion: The results of a literature review from 5 journal articles showed that FIFA 11+ was effective in preventing ankle sprain injuries in amateur futsal players.
