The sample used is the Tegal Regency Budget Realization Report 2016 - 2019. The analysis technique used uses 5 ratios, namely (1) the regional financial independence ratio, (2) the effectiveness ratio, (3) the growth ratio, (4) the harmony ratio, (5) fiscal decentralization ratio. Data collection techniques were carried out by taking it on the Tegal Regency BPS website. The research results obtained, namely (1) seen from the ratio of financial independence of the Tegal Regency area classified as an instructive pattern or still low, (2) seen from the effectiveness ratio of Tegal Regency which was in ineffective, (3) seen from the fluctuating growth ratio, (4 ) seen from the ratio of compatibility is at unbalanced, (5) seen from the ratio of fiscal decentralization is in the low category | ||
