| Summary: | Background: Agility is one of the things that greatly affects and supports the performance of a football player. One of the efforts to increase agility in children's football players is to use FIFA 11+ Kids exercises. The main objective of this study was to analyze the effect of FIFA 11+ Kids training on increasing the agility of children's football players. Methods: Searching for literature sources in several databases such as Google Scholar, PubMed, Science Direct by using some of the keywords needed in the 2015-2020 period. From the results of the literature search, only 5 articles were found that matched the inclusion criteria. The methodological quality assessment of 5 articles was assessed with the Scimago Journal & Country Rank (SJR). Analysis of the 5 articles was carried out based on the suitability of the topic, objectives, research methods used, samples, interventions, instruments/parameters, and the results of each article. Results: After a literature review of 5 articles showed that the provision of FIFA 11+ Kids training was effective for increasing agility in children's soccer players. Conclusion: FIFA 11+ Kids can significantly improve agility in children's football players. Keywords: FIFA 11+ Kids, agility, children's football player. |
