520 |a TransJakarta is one of the most well-known modes of public transportation throughout Indonesia, especially in the DKI Jakarta area. The number of TransJakarta users is reflected in the data for 2020 which recorded that TransJakarta's daily customers exceeded 1 million passengers. PT Transportation Jakarta, which is the manager of TransJakarta public transportation, sees the potential for implementing the latest technology to facilitate the service's operational system, one of which is in the form of information services for buses and bus stops. Using COBIT 5.0 as a reference indicator, this study aims to find out whether from the user side of the Tije application they are satisfied with the services provided by TransJakarta or there are still things that need to be improved. A minimum of 96 respondents is required to carry out this research which will run for approximately 3 to 4 months. The results of this study show that the average capability value reaches level 1.2 (performed process) in the APO04, APO11, DSS02, DSS05, and MEA03 processes which are expected to reach level 3 for all processes. Based on these results and other inputs in the questionnaire, the researcher made recommendations, one of which was the design of the user interface for the Tije application
