| Summary: | This thesis aims to discuss the role of political parties, namely the NasDem Party in political education in DKI Jakarta after the 2019 simultaneous elections with the formulation of the problem, how is the role of the NasDem Party in providing political education for the public and NasDem party cadres in DKI Jakarta after the 2019 simultaneous elections?. By using the concept of the role of political parties and the concept of political education. The method used is descriptive qualitative using primary data sources and secondary data with data collection techniques in the form of interviews with 5 resource persons and literature study. Researchers used three stages of data analysis according to Miles & Huberman, namely data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions/verification. The final result of this study shows that the role of the NasDem party in political education in DKI Jakarta after the simultaneous election is the DKI Jakarta NasDem Party. Creating and organizing structured and incidental political education programs, Positioning itself in society to provide transformation to the community and NasDem DKI being a driving force for the community. better political education, and Facilitating necessary political education programs for the community, in this political education NasDem DKI Jakarta also facilitates public complaints. The three roles have a political goal, namely to maintain and expand their constituent base. In conclusion, the DKI Jakarta NasDem Party has carried out a structured or systematic and unique program of political education activities in accordance with the concept of Kartini Kartono. The DKI Jakarta NasDem Party can provide benefits to its cadres from the existing political education program in accordance with the political party concept from Carl J. Friedrich, but the DKI Jakarta NasDem Party has not seen a significant role of political education directly to the community, especially the people of DKI Jakarta. |
