Summary

This study aims to analyze the effect of media exposure, environmental performance, and company age on CSR Disclosure in companies listed on the IDX. The population used in this study are manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the period 2018-2020. The sampling technique used in this research is purposive sampling technique. From this technique, obtained 32 samples of companies. Hypothesis testing is done with multiple linear regression and t test. Based on the tests, show that company age have a significant and positive influence on CSR Disclosure. Meanwhile, media exposure and environmental performance does not have a significant effect on CSR Disclosure. Keywords : CSR Disclosure, Media Exposure, Environmental Performance, Umur Perusahaan
