The population used in this study are manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the period 2018-2020. The sampling technique used in this research is purposive sampling technique. From this technique, obtained 32 samples of companies. Hypothesis testing is done with multiple linear regression and t test. Based on the tests, show that company age have a significant and positive influence on CSR Disclosure. Meanwhile, media exposure and environmental performance does not have a significant effect on CSR Disclosure.
