UMKM Photobox already has 9 branches, but the object of research is the one in the Bandung branch. In Singer Branch, there was an 11% decrease in sales during the period September 2020 - August 2021. Due to this problem, the researcher proposes to overcome it by developing a new strategy using the SWOT, AHP, and BMC methods. In the SWOT analysis findings, the company is in quadrant IV with the development of alternative strategies for market penetration, market development, and product development. In AHP's findings, the priority of the actor obtained is the owner with notes 0356 and the priority for developing alternative strategies is the development of strategies in collaboration with content creators with notes 0195. These priority results are then made into elements of BMC strategy development by combining existing elements with elements The new one.
