Summary

The purpose of this research is to examine the effect of dividend policy, profitability and liquidity on stock prices. The object of the research is for companies that enter LQ-45 consecutively during the research year of 2015 - 2017, there are 32 samples of companies that have been selected using the purposive sampling method or based on certain criteria according to the research conducted. Data analysis was performed using the help of Microsoft Excel 2013 and E-views 10. Panel data regression analysis was carried out in this study considering the data type in the form of a cross-section and time series with a significance level of 5%. The results of the test are obtained (1) Dividend policy which is explained by the Dividend Payout Ratio is not positive significant effect on stock prices, (2) Profitability explained by Return on Equity has a positive significant effect on stock prices, and (3) Liquidity explained by Current Ratio is not positive significant effect on stock prices.
