Coronavirus disease-2019 (COVID-19) is an infectious caused by a new type of coronavirus that has not been previously identified in humans called Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome Coronavirus-2 (SARS-CoV-2), it was associated with bats similar to SARS-CoV-1 and MERS-CoV before. The purpose of this study was to determine the characteristics of neurological associated symptoms in COVID-19 patients at the Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Indramayu for the period April 2020 - July 2021. This study was a retrospective descriptive study. The sample of this study was COVID-19 patients with neurological associated symptoms at the Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Indramayu who met the inclusion criteria. The technique used in this study is non-probability sampling, namely the saturated sample (total sampling). Based on data collection, there were 622 COVID-19 patients with neurological associated symptoms from 1569 COVID-19 patients. The incidence of COVID-19 patients with neurological associated symptoms for the period April 2020 - July 2021 continued to increase, with the highest number in July 2021, namely 155 patients. Clinical symptoms that affect the central nervous system occupy the largest proportion, there are 492 patients (79%) experienced dizziness as a symptom. Based on the results of this study, the majority were aged 41-60 years in 341 patients (55%) and 371 patients (60%) were female with a clinical improvement prognosis in 514 patients (83%).
