Summary

This research is a quantitative study that aims to find out the intrinsic value of a company by using the Methods of Dividend Discount Model (DDM), Price Earning Ratio (PER), and Price to Book Value (PBV) which will be compared to the market price to determine investment decisions. The population in this study are some of the companies listed on the IDX in the period 2019-2020. Meanwhile, the sample in this study is a company that routinely distributes its dividends listed in the annual statistics of IDX for the period 2019-2020 which produces 15 companies obtained from purposive sampling techniques. Data processing and hypothesis testing using the Root Mean Square Error (RMSE) test utilizes Microsoft Excel 2020. The results of this study show that the DDM method is the most accurate method for determining intrinsic value when compared to the PER and PBV methods because the RMSE value produced by the DDM method has the least value compared to the PER and PBV methods.
